We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Recruitment Team Lead in delivering an effective and efficient recruitment service to fulfill the recruitment needs of our care homes.
You will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of high-volume recruitment for various roles, including Health Care Assistants, Domestic staff, and Kitchen staff. Your duties will include assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, as well as supporting the Recruitment Team during quieter periods.
This role requires flexibility to travel to our offices in Rotherham and our care homes, although there will also be an option for home working. A driving license and access to your own car would be beneficial for the travel to our care homes.
