With a global presence, they are at a point of exponential growth and value creation, seeking a talented Senior Tax Manager to lead on all tax matters and be a key advisor for the business across various topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee tax compliance across the group, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Advise on tax treatment as the company develops new commercial models for emerging technologies and products.
  • Ensure the group remains compliant with global Transfer Pricing policies, working closely with engaged advisors.
  • Support M&A activities, providing tax guidance on group structure and treatment.
  • Drive improvements in processes and systems to deliver tax compliance and awareness.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should be CTA (or relevant) qualified.
  • Significant tax advisory experience, ideally gained in top 10 accounting practices.
  • Excellent tax and accounting knowledge, with the ability to apply tax rules to a commercial context.
  • Desire to drive improvements and automation in tax processes.
  • Able to solve complex problems and provide strategic tax advice.
