As a Security Officer at ABM UK, you will be the public face of our Security Team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and visitors.

This is a highly influential role that requires a can-do and professional attitude, as well as the ability to interact with all visitors and tenants in a friendly and courteous manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-class customer service to all visitors and tenants
  • Carrying out regular patrols of the centre and completing routine testing of health and safety equipment
  • Monitoring CCTV and responding to incidents in accordance with site policies and procedures
  • Liaising with colleagues, retailers, management, and the police to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Dealing efficiently and effectively with all emergencies and ensuring the Centre team is kept fully informed

Requirements include:

  • CP, Door supervisor, or Security SIA badge (required)
  • CCTV badge, (desirable)
  • Driving licence (desirable)
  • First aid trained (desirable)
  • IOSH/Fire marshal, or other relevant H & S qualifications (desirable)
