We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front of House Security Concierge to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a seamless and secure experience.
- Manage access control, including staff, visitors, and contractors, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Conduct regular security patrols and Health & Safety checks, monitoring CCTV as required.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, taking necessary action to ensure the safety of all individuals.
- Complete incident reports, including accidents, near misses, and security breaches.
- Challenging and handling confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Monitor Fire, Security, and Intruder Alarms, ensuring prompt response to any incidents.
- Undertake administrative tasks, including meeting room and car park bookings, and event support.
- Assist with the provision of food and beverage service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence.
- Previous experience in a high-end hospitality or Front of House environment.
- Experience working in a professional, corporate security environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Software Packages.
- A competitive salary.
- 28 days annual leave.
- 5% Pension.
