Quantity Surveyor Opportunity with a Growing Interiors Contractor

Building Careers UK is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on projects across the Manchester and surrounding areas.

About the Role:
  • Review project costs for accuracy and address any discrepancies.
  • Prepare bills of quantities and schedules of works to facilitate accurate project pricing.
  • Identify financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
  • Oversee the commercial aspects of projects.
  • Manage subcontractor payments.
  • Variation account and forecast final accounts.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the interiors sector (desirable).
  • Degree qualified in quantity surveying or similar (HNC, etc) (desirable).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
