Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at Spinner Medical Recruitment. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical leadership and expertise in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
About the Role:
- Provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
- Develop and implement recovery-focused programs and services for children and adolescents.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to young people and their families.
- Contribute to quality improvement processes and the maintenance of professional standards.
- Supervise and educate undergraduate medical and other related professionals.
Requirements:
- FRANZCP or equivalent qualifications gained in either NZ, UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, South Africa.
- Expertise in Psychiatry and Child Psychiatry in the field of Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
- Experience in providing clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective, interpersonal and communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Knowledge and expertise in undertaking individual therapy and family systems interventions.
- Interests and involvement in quality improvement processes and in the maintenance of professional standards.
- Experience in education, training and supervision of undergraduate medical and other related professionals.
