Senior Residential Support Worker (Children's Residential)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker in our Children's Residential service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to children and young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each child are met.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and supportive living environment, promoting positive relationships and a sense of community.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best possible care.
  • Work closely with families and other professionals to ensure a seamless transition of care and support.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.40-£14.22 (dependent on experience/qualifications).
  • A sleep-in rate of £30.00.
