Job Title: Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Complex Care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the quality of care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, young people, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Commitment to promoting the safeguarding and welfare of all children within our care.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.40 - £14.22 (dependent on experience/qualifications).
  • A sleep-in rate of £30.00.
