Job Title: Building Surveyor Contractor

As a Building Surveyor Contractor, you'll play a crucial role in our success, leading a team and carrying out people management policies, processes, and procedures to a high standard. You'll ensure that your team fully supports the business in terms of needs, aspirations, and targets.

The successful candidate will be involved in setting, monitoring, and delivering budgets. They will liaise with subcontractors, site staff, and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. They will work closely with the Commercial Manager to provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team and implement people management policies, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role within housebuilding or a similar industry.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
