Temporary to Permanent Role in a Renowned Law Firm
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Hospitality Assistant to join our national client services and reception team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional reception and hospitality services, working closely with our teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for clients
- Manage the company's reception switchboard, answering calls to a high standard and taking messages
- Greet clients on arrival and provide assistance in a courteous and helpful manner
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support in-house events
- Order lunches, breakfasts, and dinners as required, and manage stock levels
- Coding and reconciling invoices, and providing administrative support as needed
- Monitor and maintain internal meeting rooms to a high standard
- Set up conference calls and assist with travel and hotel bookings for internal clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reception or hospitality role
- High standard of professional appearance
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Salary: £21-£24k DOE, with the opportunity to progress to a permanent role.
