We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). As a Creative Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our young students, working closely with the classroom teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-class and out-of-class support to students, assisting with reading and phonics sessions, and preparing materials as needed.
- Lead 1:1 support sessions for students, focusing on social and academic growth, and working with students with special educational needs (SEN) in 1:1 and group settings.
- Encourage learning through creative outlets such as music, singing, and art, promoting a holistic approach to education.
- Hold a 1st or 2:1 degree in a related subject.
- Have previous experience working with children, demonstrating a passion for education and a desire to pursue a career in teaching.
- Be an effective team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- A competitive daily rate of £105-£110.
- A full-time, term-time only position, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
- A supportive and welcoming school environment, with a focus on whole-child development and holistic education.
