As a Senior Vehicle Production Artist, your expertise will be crucial in enhancing the quality of the content produced by our Outsource Partners. You will possess extensive knowledge of vehicle content workflows, particularly excelling in efficient modeling, material creation, and texturing techniques.

You will receive guidance from the leadership within the vehicle art discipline and will work closely with various departments to realize the artistic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating the work of our Partners to ensure it meets our Quality Standards
  • Identifying opportunities to boost team efficiency
  • Guaranteeing that vehicle asset production adheres to established technical and artistic criteria
  • Providing assistance to maintain the quality and consistency of both internal and external teams
  • Managing personal deliverables to ensure they align with defined objectives, quality standards, and timelines
  • Mentoring and inspiring junior vehicle artists
  • Leading and guiding a team of vehicle production artists, offering constructive feedback to enhance their skills and performance
  • Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the vehicle production pipeline and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in crafting high-quality, high-resolution 3D vehicle models
  • Strong background in developing 'Physically Based Rendering' assets
  • Proficient in texture creation tools such as Photoshop and Substance
  • Deep understanding of vehicle mechanical structures
  • Skilled in precision modeling techniques
  • Extensive experience with 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, Maya, or similar
  • Thorough knowledge of automotive design principles, including ergonomics
  • Highly organized and disciplined
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities
  • A collaborative mindset
  • Professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Office 365
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Substance Suite
  • Experience with Autodesk tools: Maya 2023, 3ds Max
  • Knowledge of game engines: Bespoke, Common
  • Experience with Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence
  • Experience in CAD Data Processing
