About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team at Erin Associates. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our Core Banking applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Core Banking Applications: Provide technical support and maintenance for our Core Banking applications, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage Batch Cycles and Transaction Processing: Manage batch cycles and transaction processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Maintain Service Support Documentation: Maintain detailed service support documentation to ensure that all issues are properly documented and resolved.
  • Take Ownership of Critical Applications: Take ownership of critical applications, incidents, and service requests, ensuring that they are properly resolved and escalated as needed.
  • Collaborate with Third-Party Vendors: Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve software issues and ensure that all technical requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Oracle Databases: Proficiency in Oracle databases, including PL/SQL and Oracle SQL.
  • Java Programming and Unix Shell Scripting: Experience with Java programming and basic Unix shell scripting.
  • Flexcube and/or OBDX Experience: Experience with Flexcube and/or OBDX, including knowledge of their architecture and functionality.
  • Background in Financial Services or Banking: Background in financial services or banking, including knowledge of Core Banking applications and their requirements.
