Manufacturing Supervisor

Secure Valeting is seeking a skilled Site Production Manager to oversee the production of our valeting team at one of our busiest sites in Oxfordshire.
As a leading vehicle preparation service provider to the UK motor industry, we operate at over 450 locations across the country. With over 25 years of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with customers and team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure standards meet pre-agreed specifications.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Attend daily meetings to plan and coordinate activities.
- Work with the Team Leader to organize staff rotas and optimize resource allocation.
- Previous management experience is essential.
- Full valid driving license.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £38,000 per year.
Positions: Employed and self-employed opportunities available.
Uniform: Provided.
