2. Leadership and Team Development:

  • Provide strong leadership to build teams, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to define personnel requirements, develop job descriptions, and oversee recruitment and hiring processes to build a high-performing team.
