- Direct and oversee the build process for new electrical connections, ensuring site works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage an annual financial delivery, with growth targets of £10M per annum within the next three years, ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals.
2. Leadership and Team Development:
- Provide strong leadership to build teams, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to define personnel requirements, develop job descriptions, and oversee recruitment and hiring processes to build a high-performing team.
