About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning and Forecasting Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our Supply Chain function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning and forecasting strategies to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable demand forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and cost savings
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Advanced level in Excel and data analysis
  • Experience managing or supervising a small team
  • Good understanding of the S&OP process and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
