About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning and Forecast Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our Supply Chain function, you will be responsible for leading our demand planning and forecasting efforts, working closely with our Commercial Team to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead demand planning and forecasting activities, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to develop and implement demand planning strategies, driving business growth and improving supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage a team of two, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of demand planning and forecasting activities.
  • Interface with customer planning functions to obtain data and build relationships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations for all Supply Chain transactions, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Use budget and forecast data to regularly review site capacity, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the Supply Chain Team and wider business, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in forecasting and demand planning, preferably in the FMCG industry or manufacturing.
  • Advanced level in Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Hybrid working system, with flexibility to work from home and in the office.
