As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a caring and therapeutic environment for children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our service users.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to our service users, promoting their independence, and helping them to achieve their goals. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, and will be expected to maintain accurate records and reports.
