We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Plus One Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities- Materials Scheduling and Production Planning: Ensure that materials scheduling and production planning processes are effective and accurate, meeting customer requirements.
- Forecast Analysis and Capacity Planning: Analyze customer forecasts for demand variation and recovery, planning capacities and materials, generating works orders in conjunction with production cell planning.
- Logistics SOPs and Stock Management: Ensure that logistic SOPs are up-to-date and communicated to all relevant departments, and maintain stock accuracy and manage stock movements.
- Communication and Liaison: Liaise with production departments to ensure adherence to schedules, maintain communication levels, and build relationships with suppliers and distributors.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all documentation and paperwork is completed accurately, and review and refine purchasing parameters to enhance the ordering pattern for all products ranges.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience working in logistics and supply chain is essential.
- Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving, organization, and planning skills, with excellent communication skills both internally and with customers.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to develop skillset and ability to interact with a wide variety of people.
- Competitive Salary: Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE.
- Company Benefits: 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and company pension.
