About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to manage customer data requests, audit coordination, and data maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Data Requests: Respond promptly to incoming customer master data requests via agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Audit Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to coordinate and manage the running of audit reports as defined by the business.
  • Data Maintenance: Run and maintain customer data on a daily basis to ensure the database remains clean and accurate.
  • Data Integrity: Uphold global standards for customer data quality and integrity.
