Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Preston or Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, so please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Up to £44,000 depending on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and lead workshops with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze critical success factors and business/system requirements
  • Develop and manage system requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Capture and analyze business processes
  • Identify the impacts of change, verify readiness, and prepare stakeholders to embed change
  • Support the Project Manager in identifying project stakeholders, defining the project scope, and its business justification
Your Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Excellent experience in eliciting and documenting requirements for technical projects, including leading workshops for requirements
  • Experience and exposure to Waterfall methodologies
  • Demonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting business processes
  • Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Qualifications such as APMG Change Management, BCS BA Diploma, IIBA, AgileBA
