Job Title: Business Analyst - Process Excellence
Location: Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience and skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist on delivery of larger scale process improvement projects, and lead on smaller scale opportunities to drive efficiency and improved stakeholder satisfaction
- Support the Lead Process Improvement Analyst in identifying project stakeholders and defining project scope
- Support workshops with stakeholders at all levels for requirements and business process capture and documentation
- Input into project schedules to enable consistent tracking and reporting
- Utilise Business Process Modelling and Notation skills and toolsets, applying Lean methodologies to support implementation of process improvements
- Ensure structured documentation and governance of process improvements
- Support the Lead Process Improvement Analyst with identification of potential risks and issues, and input into development of plans to mitigate and manage through to resolution
- Manage and administer the SAP Signavio platform on behalf of the Process Excellence team, ensuring data quality, utilisation, and accessibility requirements
Requirements:
- Experience of BPMN (Business Process Modelling and Notation)
- Demonstrable experience of analysing and documenting business processes
- Minimum intermediate Microsoft Excel user, practical experience using SAP Signavio, or other BPMN toolset
- Good experience of delivering business analysis support to smaller scale project activity
- Experience working in an operational role with familiarity with existing processes and systems
- Builds relationships with peers and stakeholders, spanning multiple, cross-functional teams
