Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring a unique and luxury in-store experience for each client.
  • Combine your passion for fragrance and beauty to recommend and showcase our premium products, meeting the individual needs and preferences of our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to create impactful in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, setting us apart from competitors.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications, to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • A passion for luxury beauty and fragrance, with a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
