Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Tom Ford. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a leading role in driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our luxury beauty store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for our clients
  • Manage retail operations, including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure work environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience, preferably in luxury beauty or cosmetics
  • Previous supervisory experience, with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
