About the Role
Quality Personnel is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in effectively addressing challenges both internally and with clients in a fast-paced sales environment focused on technical products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute significantly to sales growth.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with field sales to prepare quotations and promote aftermarket sales.
  • Facilitate order processing by liaising with various internal departments.
  • Manage order processing using Salesforce and SAP systems.
  • Follow up on sales leads through Salesforce CRM.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Prepare regular reports for management review.

Essential Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Experience in an international business context.
  • Proficient in managing customer inquiries.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce systems.
  • Background in Sales or Customer Service.
  • Experience in a Technical or Manufacturing environment is preferred.
