Job Description

Job Title: Electronics Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Specialist to join our team at MASS Consultants. As an Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our electronic warfare systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance support for electronic warfare systems
  • Undertake modifications and updates to enhance system capabilities
  • Assist in the development and production of engineering and technical processes, procedures, and publications
  • Deputise for the Principal Electronic Systems Technician as required
  • Occasionally deploy to exercise locations or NATO platforms to support trials and evaluation of electronic warfare systems

Requirements:

  • Educated to Level 3/4 in an Electronic Engineering related subject and/or Professional Registration as an Engineering Technician (EngTech), or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the maintenance of radar, communications, avionics, weapon systems, and/or electronic warfare systems
  • High degree of competency in working with RF sub-systems and associated test equipment
  • Ability to identify and rectify faults down to component level
  • Mature and experienced technician capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • NATO Secret (NS) Security Clearance
