Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an IT support environment, specifically in 1st and 2nd line roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and comprehensive security configurations for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience in server management, including Active Directory, Exchange/Office 365, and file sharing permissions.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and management, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • A systematic and flexible approach to troubleshooting, demonstrating initiative and creativity in resolving unique challenges.
  • Knowledge of Apple systems is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist users through various methods, including in-person and telephone support, to establish systems or troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct site visits to client locations.
  • Onboard new users across all systems and applications, including but not limited to Google G-suite, Active Directory/Office 365, and Creative Cloud.
  • Ensure that computers and servers are maintained to high standards and updated with the latest software.
  • Provide support for server setups and migrations.
  • Install and configure operating systems and applications for both Microsoft and Mac environments.
  • Collaborate with technicians across various locations to ensure consistent specifications are upheld.
  • Innovate and develop custom tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform physical inspections of workstations and network connections.
  • Carry out routine maintenance during off-peak periods.
