Job Title: Head of Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our team at Cavendish Maine Recruitment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our finance function and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Optimize cash flow and oversee invoice finance facilities to ensure efficient working capital management.
  • Budgeting and forecasting in line with company strategy to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Lead currency risk management with a focus on international transactions to minimize financial exposure.
  • Collaborate with departments to streamline processes and support business growth.
  • Mentor and manage the finance team to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
About You:
  • AAT qualified with financial leadership experience.
  • Understanding of international transactions and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools (Excel, financial software).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
