Warehouse Operative Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Warehouse Operative to join our team at Meridian Business Support in Kettering. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with our team to achieve our goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Palletising boxes and using handheld scanners to process pallets on the system
* Moving to locations using pump trucks and loading and unloading
* General warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace
* Working in a performance-driven operation with tight deadlines

**Requirements:**

* Previous warehouse experience is ideal, but not essential
* Ability to use pump trucks and carry out physical work
* Ability to work in a targeted and fast-paced environment
* Previous experience using handheld scanners is a plus
