Job Title: Driver (Sterile Equipment)

Circle Health Group Ltd is seeking a reliable and courteous Driver to join their team in the Decontamination department based in Radlett. As a Driver, you will be responsible for providing a safe and efficient delivery/pick-up service to CHG Hospital Decontamination customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect 'dirty' trolleys from hospitals and clinics, deliver them to the St Albans unit facility, and return 'clean' trolleys with sterilized trays back to the hospitals/Clinics.
  • Carry other packages or goods between hospitals or units as required.
  • Provide a first-class decontamination sterile service to the Operating Theatres, nursing departments, and any relevant paramedical departments.
  • Assist the production staff with supporting duties, including stores management.
  • Maintain good working relationships with all customers at all times, internal and external to CHG.
  • Promote and maintain Health & Safety at all times.
  • Wear the company uniform as provided.
  • Be flexible and adaptable at all times to the unit's needs.
Requirements:
  • Valid driving license for the UK with a clean driving record.
  • General qualifications required are a willingness to learn/develop and be flexible at all times.
  • The ability to undertake lifting duties as required.
  • Experience of using a tail lift and driving long wheel-based vans.
  • Must be able to work both nights and days.
