About the Role

Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and maintenance services to clients, ensuring their mechanical and electrical systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Travel and Logistics: Travel extensively across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, staying away from home for up to 4 nights a week, with all travel expenses covered by the company.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in continuous training and development opportunities to enhance your technical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: HNC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Experience or willingness to work as a Field Service Engineer, with a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness and availability for extensive travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
