Operational Innovations Director/Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our Senior Leadership Team at Seven Search & Selection Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the operational strategy and planning of our luxury hospitality business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute operational processes and ways of working to achieve company vision and ensure the brand is a best-in-class employer.
- Manage risk, compliance, and safety across the organization.
- Work with the New Store openings team to drive initiatives and projects that support business needs while delighting customers.
- Report and analyze commercial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong numerical aptitude and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate and influence with directors and other stakeholders.
- Good knowledge and expertise of all areas of operations, including financial, HR, and compliance.
