About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Trials Coordinator to join our team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Trials Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and management of clinical trials, working closely with researchers, clinicians, and patients to ensure the successful delivery of studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage clinical trials, including screening patients, obtaining informed consent, and ensuring compliance with study protocols.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of disease processes relevant to the study and maintain clinical skills relevant to the study.
  • Collect and ensure the appropriate storage and transfer of biological samples as per the study protocol.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with participants and their families, providing advice and information to enable patients to make informed choices.
  • Work within the multidisciplinary study team, developing and maintaining an understanding of the disease processes relevant to the study.
