We are seeking a skilled FLT counterbalance and reach driver to join our team at a leading manufacturing facility in Dukinfield. As a FLT driver, you will be responsible for safely maneuvering forklifts in a busy industrial environment, stacking and unstacking goods, and ensuring the smooth operation of our coating machine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate FLT counterbalance and reach trucks safely and efficiently
  • Stack and unstack goods onto shelves or pallets
  • Move goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport
  • Unload deliveries and relocate goods to designated storage areas
  • Ensure FLT driving areas are free from spills or obstructions
  • Regularly check FLT equipment for faults or damages
  • Use industrial plastic wraps and wooden pallets to safely stack and package goods for transport
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
  • Support the Senior Operator with the day-to-day running of the Coating Machine and FLT
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Experience operating FLT counterbalance and reach trucks
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
