Job Summary:

Bilfinger is seeking a highly experienced Mechanical and Piping Engineer to lead our engineering team in delivering high-quality projects. As a Senior Mechanical and Piping Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of mechanical and piping systems for our clients in the chemical, petrochemical, nuclear, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and power industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and designers in the design and delivery of mechanical and piping systems
  • Act as the technical authority for mechanical and piping engineering, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions to meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers
  • Participate in design reviews and ensure that all designs meet client requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical and piping engineering, with a strong background in design and delivery
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
