Position Overview:


We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner with a CACHE/NVQ diploma level 2 or 3 in early years education or a BA degree in early years education from a recognized institution.

Alternatively, candidates with Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or a Montessori teaching qualification, along with relevant experience in child care, are encouraged to apply.


Compensation:

Starting salary ranges from £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, complemented by exceptional training and career advancement opportunities, along with 12 weeks of paid holidays.


Key Responsibilities:


The role involves engaging with children in early years education and implementing the early years curriculum (EYFS). Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing creative learning activities.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times.
  • Conducting observations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Facilitating outings to educational venues such as parks and theaters.
  • Communicating with parents and families regarding children's progress.
