Position Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator with a CACHE / NVQ diploma level 2 or 3 in early years education or a BA degree in early years education from a recognized institution.

Alternatively, candidates with Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or a Montessori teaching qualification and relevant experience in child care are encouraged to apply.


Compensation:

Starting salary ranges from £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, along with exceptional training and career advancement opportunities. Enjoy 12 weeks of paid holidays.


Key Responsibilities:


The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Engaging with children in early years education and implementing the early years curriculum (EYFS).
  2. Planning and executing creative learning activities tailored to the children's needs.
  3. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
  4. Facilitating play activities, conducting observations, and maintaining accurate records.
  5. Organizing educational trips to local attractions, including parks and theaters.
  6. Communicating with parents and families regarding their child's development and progress.
