Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of UX strategies and design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their audiences.
  • Collaborate with our creative and UI design team to ensure seamless integration of UX design principles into our work.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure our output is grounded in data and insights.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our work remains innovative and effective.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' agency experience in a senior UX design or consultancy role.
  • Exceptional UX design craft paired with a strategic, consultative mindset.
  • Proven experience of planning, conducting, analysing and presenting back of quantitative and qualitative research studies.
  • Solid proficiency of analysing and interpreting data and experience of conversion rate optimisation approaches and tools.
  • Strong experience of designing and working with complex, global design systems.
  • Good understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines best practices.
  • Experience of designing and facilitating workshops.
  • Good commercial awareness, helping ensure work is delivered on time within budget.
