Position Overview:
We are in search of a qualified Safety and Compliance Manager to become a part of our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in the groundwork or residential construction industries and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
This position is vital in ensuring our operations adhere to all safety regulations and standards, providing an opportunity to significantly influence our safety culture.
Conduct thorough site evaluations to guarantee adherence to safety regulations.Formulate, oversee, and revise all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and protocols.
Supervise site activities with a focus on safety.
Lead and mentor two safety team members.
Demonstrated experience as a Safety and Compliance Manager in the groundwork or residential construction sectors.
Relevant certifications such as CSCS, NEBOSH, and Grad IOSH.
A valid UK driving license and readiness to travel for site assessments.
Conduct thorough site evaluations to ensure strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Formulate, oversee, and revise all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and protocols.
- Supervise site activities with a focus on safety.
