About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team at C&M Scientific, part of Scientific Laboratory Supplies (SLS). As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to our customers, ensuring their equipment is functioning optimally.
  • Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with our sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new service offerings and initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer in a similar industry, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
