Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our expanding Inventory team at USN UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our ERP system and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in inventory and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update our ERP system to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records
  • Perform daily tasks related to inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Develop and produce management reports to support business decision-making
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills and experience in developing and producing management reports
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of ERP software (SAGE or similar) is an advantage
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Finance or Business Management, or equivalent experience in an operations team
