A prominent global manufacturer is seeking to appoint a Communications and Marketing Lead to join their team. This role will focus on the strategic planning, execution, and assessment of marketing initiatives while managing budgetary considerations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Messaging: Articulate and convey the brand's value proposition to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide tailored solutions throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract finalization and onboarding.
- Targeted Marketing: Design and implement focused direct marketing strategies, utilizing data analysis and customer segmentation.
- Digital Marketing: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan leveraging approved digital platforms. Oversee the integration of sales and marketing technologies and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Website Oversight: Create and manage a web strategy, ensuring the website remains optimized and current.
- Agency Partnerships: Collaborate effectively with external agencies and service providers to meet marketing objectives.
- Brand Integrity: Work alongside the Managing Director to uphold and safeguard the brand, corporate identity, and intellectual property.
- Internal Messaging: Strategize and oversee internal communications regarding the organization's direction and initiatives. Evaluate and report on marketing campaign performance against established metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a B2B marketing management role.
- Proven track record in diverse marketing functions, including direct marketing, public relations, website management, event coordination, and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with content management systems, particularly HubSpot CMS.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
- Experience with WordPress and design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
