Upon successful completion of an interview and following necessary suitability, safeguarding, and identity checks, we will strive to secure you a paid position in a school to enhance your skills.

We will assist you in developing your identity as an educator and help you select your specialization, whether it be Early Years, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, secondary education, or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).


Before commencing your placement, you will need to complete a thorough training program led by Vision for Education and school leaders, equipping you with the essential skills to excel as an Educational Support Assistant.

The Role:

Educational Support Assistants play a vital role in ensuring the effective operation of any educational institution.

The most successful Educational Support Assistants possess strong communication skills and a genuine interest in addressing the daily needs of all students.

They are adept at fostering relationships with staff, students, and their families.

The responsibilities of an Educational Support Assistant may vary by school.

You could be assisting the teacher during whole-class instruction, facilitating small group interventions, or providing one-on-one support to ensure that every student's needs are met and that they can flourish.
