Export Coordinator

Our client, a global Freight Forwarder, is seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join their team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the export process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan the most efficient routes for shipments, taking into account the nature of the goods, cost, transit time, and security.
- Process all export requests from clients or line managers.
- Ensure ongoing communication with clients throughout each export requirement.
- Monitor shipments until successful delivery is made within the required timeline.
- Process customs declarations through ASM Sequoia software in accordance with instructions and HMRC compliance.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in international imports and freight forwarding in the UK.
