Export Coordinator

Our client, a global Freight Forwarder, is seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join their team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the export process from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the most efficient export routes, taking into account the nature of the goods, cost, transit time, and security.
- Process all export requests from clients or line managers, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout each export requirement, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and optimize export processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in export regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
