About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Property Management Manager to join our dynamic team at Spicerhaart in Merthyr Tydfil. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of property managers to ensure seamless property management services
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain a risk-averse business environment
  • Negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals, and coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repair issues
  • Process deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, and process eviction requests
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Complete check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Manager in residential lettings
  • Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
  • Ability to create a positive team spirit and develop team members to advance their careers

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary of £28,500 to £39,000, dependent on experience
  • Up to £7,200 in capped commission
  • Uncapped commission target of £3,725
  • Complete on-target earnings of £39,425 to £49,925
