About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Property Management Manager to join our dynamic team at Spicerhaart in Merthyr Tydfil. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding results and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of property managers to ensure seamless property management services
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain a risk-averse business environment
- Negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals, and coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repair issues
- Process deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, and process eviction requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Complete check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
Requirements
- Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Manager in residential lettings
- Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
- Ability to create a positive team spirit and develop team members to advance their careers
What We Offer
- Competitive basic salary of £28,500 to £39,000, dependent on experience
- Up to £7,200 in capped commission
- Uncapped commission target of £3,725
- Complete on-target earnings of £39,425 to £49,925
