- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working within a primary school setting.
- A good understanding of SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Dyslexia, and Speech and Language Disorders and how to plan appropriately for these needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed.
