Behaviour Intervention Specialist

Teaching Personnel is seeking Behaviour Tutors for 1:1 tuition with students in need of behaviour support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one tutoring to students exhibiting challenging behaviour
- Implement behaviour management strategies to support students in improving their behaviour and learning outcomes
- Create individualised learning plans based on student needs and behaviour assessments
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and behaviour changes
- Experience working with students with behavioural difficulties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Education or related field
- Understanding of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students
- Flexible working that you are in control of

As a Behaviour Tutor with Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students in need of behaviour support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
