Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Talk Staff. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing a caseload of conveyancing files, and supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and deal with a caseload of varied conveyancing files, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
  • Provide support to the wider team, offering supervision and guidance to junior colleagues.
  • Utilize Case Management Systems and online search tools to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Assist in the development of the business development strategy for the department, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with the firm's policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Current or recent experience within a Conveyancing role, with a strong understanding of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Confident handling of a caseload of conveyancing transactions, with excellent IT skills and proficiency in Case Management Systems.
  • Ability to support other team members, providing guidance and supervision as needed.
  • Natural desire to drive the department to the next level, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

What We Offer:

  • A substantial salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from £30,000 to £55,000 per annum.
