Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor to join our team at Humres. As a Technical Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sale of products through the dissemination of technical information, providing robust technical advice and solutions to design-related problems, and conducting in-depth calculations and qualifications of product suitability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical needs and provide expert advice and solutions.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers, including the creation of technical documents and drawings, and the enhancement of existing product specifications.
  • Product Development: Contribute to the development of new products and services, including the creation of technical documents and drawings, and the enhancement of existing product specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assist in the continuous improvement of technical support processes and procedures, including the identification of areas for improvement and the development of solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree, HNC, or HND in Design, Architectural Technology, an Engineering discipline, or a construction-related curriculum.
  • Experience: Previous experience in communicating technical information to a customer base, preferably in a design or engineering-related field.
  • Skills: Computer literacy, including Autodesk software; experience working with Revit, Inventor, and Fusion 360; good understanding of mathematical and structural principles; ability to read and understand drawings; good communication and literacy skills.
